For over 30 years, I have enthusiastically immersed myself in the pursuit of knowledge in the field of nutrition. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Nutrition and worked as a Registered Dietitian for many years. I got certified as a Personal Trainer and trained clients in fitness.
